Smugmug and Socal Photog Shootout
On Thursday I will be heading up to Costa Mesa CA to check out the Smugmug meeting and listen to the guest speaker “[b]ecker” talk about wedding photography. This guy is also a master at social media and networking, so being able to sit in on one of his presentations definitely will lend itself to some valuable information.
Also this weekend I will be heading back up north again for a photography workshop put on by Socal Photog Shootout. This will be my first photography workshop dealing with models and professional instructors. I am extremely excited to get up there and meet some new faces as well as get some time behind the camera and capture some cool imagery. For those of you who don’t know this, It’s only been about five months or so since I have really started to emerge 100% of myself in photography, so I think this is going to be an awesome opportunity to get out and shoot some talent and start to find my style. I will post some of my favorite pics later on next week so keep an eye out!
